We regret that registration refunds will not be possible after 31st May 2022. This is because our conference expenses will have been paid by this date and these, in turn, are non-refundable. We thank you for your understanding.
Registration fees include free entry and welcome drink at the opening reception at MShed, heavily subsidized entry (£10, including welcome drink and food) to our rocking closing party at Circomedia, access to free walking tours in our city, and coffee break and lunch refreshments (on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). There are, instead, many inexpensive options in and around the University campus. Indeed, we encourage all participants to go out into the local neighbourhood for lunch and to enjoy the university’s and city’s beautiful green spaces.
Please note that spouses are very welcome at our conference. They do not need to pay registration fees, but they will need to pay for attendance at events and field trips. Please note the cost of what your spouse may like to attend, pay via the ‘Donate’ button on the ‘Registrations’ page, and then email us at eseh-2022@bristol.ac.uk to let us know that this has been done.
Please keep an eye out for a link to an important diversity survey appearing in your inbox with your receipt after registration.
In the meantime, please look to secure any visas you might need for entry to the UK as early as possible. These things are taking quite some time to approve.
